The trocadero Gardens are opposite of the eiffel tower on the other bank of the Seine River. It offers you an elevated view over the eiffel tower and the city of Paris. Most people taks a stroll by the Champ de Mars on the other side of the Eiffel Tower, but Trocadero Gardens are also very good for photo opportunities
