France Arc de Triomphe, Street View, Paris
This is a shot on Champs-Elysees, in the middle of the street, looking up at the Arc de Triomphe.
Photography Tips
This can be a tricky shot for several reasons. First, you are in the middle of the street, and about twenty feet off a crosswalk, with cars rushing by. Second, it's a very popular spot for photographers. When I was there I was sharing the space with another photographer (yes, there is enough room, barely, for two). We were constantly interrupted by couples wanting to get a shot, and one wedding photographer that tried to get in front of us to do a wedding party shot - we didn't let him.
Travel Information
Finding street parking is very hard in Paris, it is better to use the subway. You can get to the Arc de Triomphe by taking line 6 to Kléber or line 1 to Argentine.
Walk into the median on the street. Cars pass you left and right, be careful not to stray on the street.
