France Eiffel tower seen from Port Debilly, Paris
This spot is a nice place to include in your frame the Eiffel tower, the river Seine and the cobblestones. It is located near the Iéna bridge, on the docks of the river Seine. You really have to come close to the water to include the cobblestones in your frame.

The best time is sunset to see the lights on the Eiffel tower and the Iéna bridge. By the way, sunrise may be a nice choice if you do not want the docks to be overcrowded.
