Germany Heidenopfertisch
A prehistoric sacrification table, close to a couple of neolithic stone graves. Although the name would suggest it, it is rather the remains of a Neolithic grave, of which only the largest capstone has survived. Since it is flat, the people who lived in the vicinity of this grave assumed that it must have been an offering table. Hence the name.
Photography Tips
For safety reasons it is not allowed to walk behind the barrier. Please bear this in mind.
