Germany Rheinpromenade, Bonn
A spot just next to the Kennedybrücke (Kennedy-Bridge) in Bonn. Walk along the pedestrian zone for different compositions and, since it‘s very close, check the perspectives from the bridge itself.
You can turn south to view the DHL Tower and the Siebengebirge in the distance, turn east to view the Beuel side or walk a few meters north to see a natural tunnel of trees, which also make a nice photo subject, especially in Autumn.

Photography Tips
A short telephoto will be of benefit, to not include too many irrelevant things in the picture. A 24-105mm lens will be great. On clear days, you can use an even longer telephoto (> 200mm) to photograph the Siebengebirge hills in the distance, or the sunlit Hotel Petersberg during sunset.
If shooting towards the Beuel side, you can use a wide-angle lens to include the Kennedy Bridge in your composition.

Travel Information
This is a very central point, easily accessible by public transport (Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz or Opernhaus stops), bicycle or car (Opernhaus parking just across the street).
