Germany Dorfkirche Groß-Zicker
The village church in Groß Zicker is the evangelical parish church of the Groß Zicker church community on the Mönchgut peninsula of the island of Rügen. The chancel was likely built around 1350, followed by the church nave a little later. This makes the church the oldest building on Mönchgut. The church is situated charmingly amidst a historic cemetery with many old gravestones, some of which have become tilted over the centuries.
