It houses the tomb of the holy Archbishop Bruno - Archchancellor of the Roman-German Empire under his brother Emperor Otto the Great - as well as the tomb of Empress Theophanu - wife of Emperor Otto II. The church is furnished with a late Gothic rood screen and other treasures
