Germany Roncalliplatz toward Cologne Cathedral
The is one of the most interesting shot you can get from the Cologne Cathedral. To do so, you need to go to the very edge of the Roncalliplatz and then use a wide angle lens to get the hole church into the frame.
Be patient, because a tons of tourists from all over the world.

Photography Tips
You should bring a wide angle lens. My photo was shot with a 16mm lens on a full frame camera.
Turn your aperture to 8 and your ISO low, to 100, to get a clean sharp shop. In bad light condition, you are going to need a tripod to compensate the long exposure times.

Travel Information
It's very complicated to get there by car, because it's near the main train station in Cologne. Use public transport to the main station or use a bike.
