Qassimiut (old spellings: Qagssimiut and Kagsimiut) is the smallest organized, permanent settlement in Greenland.
The photos were shot from aboard the ship Sarfaq Ittuk on a northbound journey.

Travel Information

In the summer the ferry and mail-boat Sarfaq Ittuk travels twice every week about 1200 km through the Davis Strait along the greenlandic west coast between Qaqortoq in the south and Ilulissat, its northern end point.
