Greenland Kangia Ice Fjord
The Kangia ice fjord near Ilulissat is the outlet of one of the most productive glaciers in the world, with a flow rate of 20 m per day. Accordingly, the fjord is full of icebergs and floes across its entire 7 km width.
Travel Information
A hiking trail leads from Ilulissat through sparse Arctic nature, in parts via a wooden plank path, to the fjord, along naked rocks above the fjord and back.
