Take a gorilla pod or small tabletop tripod; setting up a full-size tripod may not be possible if the car park spaces are full

It's better to take a couple of high-ISO shots at night than use a tripod in the car park because the security guys don't allow you to take pictures there - you probably have about 2 minutes before the first officer will come. I went up to the 5th floor and took my pictures from there.
