The Strutslaug is an amazing remote and wild natural spot in the highlands area. As not just as a photography spot but there are also natural hot springs to relax in front of these amazing mountain formations.

Photography Tips

Always check the actual and local drone regulations before flying. Try to really look around 360 degrees in this area since you will find many amazing perspectives and motives. Its a true playground

Travel Information

You can park your car at the Strutur hut. From there, you need to hike through the wildness for around 2 hours at least (depending on weather and water level of the rivers).

Please be extremely careful since the roads leading there are the toughest F-Roads and only for people who know how to cross rivers and have a bigger 4x4 truck.
