Pelabuhan Buleleng is an Old Port built in Dutch Colonial Era. Its a fisherman village, and usually visited by fishing boat to trade fish.
In August, when Indonesian celebrating their Independence Day we might see the "Festival Perahu Layar" or "Traditional Sailboat Festival". A colorful screen boat will definitely a good spot of photo opportunity.

Across the area you will see a local traditional fisherman and fishing boat. Beautiful sunset also clearly visible.
Nearby, you can also visit a traditional market which has a nice photo opportunity as well, its better to visit the market in the morning.
