A very emblematic rock formation in the southern part of Italy, where the gound is mainly formed by calcite soil which the sea has eroded over the past of time.

Photography Tips

This is a very photographed and turistic area, so get a spot time before the sunset and then just use graduated and neutral density filters. To nail the exposure you may even need to bracket since the sun will set behind the horizon casting a shadow over the subject.

Best way to get there is by car, there is car parking just a few meters, the parking is even free during the off season.
