I was there a in 2018 and I will be there in mid August 2022. Will the milky way still visible with the boat house in the foreground?

Yes, it's possible, but the Moon will be up in the sky in mid August night. So the planned date is wrong.

Great shot... Can you access Lago dI Braies after dark.. or do you have to be staying at the Hotel, Cheers

Hi Al, Thanks! In this time my apartment was in Villabassa. That is 12 km to Braies. At night I sat into the car and drive to the lake. Aproximately 20 minutes.
