Italy Cascata del Ferro
This is the upper part of the waterfall, it takes more or less a couple of hour of hike (from San Martino) to come here but it worth the effort.
The waterfall is about 150m high and during late spring it's simply massive, while in autumn it's smaller, but you can better appreciate all colours that the Ferro's Valley.

Travel Information
The best way to get in Val di Mello is by car.
From S.S. 36 take direction for Val Masino and Val di Mello. During the summer you must leave the car in San Martino. Although the path that runs from San Martino to the valley floor is practically flat and accessible to everyone, there is a shuttle bus service that allows you to reach the end of the road that enters the nature reserve, otherwise you should walk for at least half hour to reach the first waterfall. If you are willingness to hike up more, in less than 1,5 hours you can reach this point.
