It's also lovely to catch the last light of the day during summer when it hits the tower and the surrounding houses. Everything will be very colorful. You want to come here on a day when it's not too windy or too many boats are cruising around for a better reflection. So early morning / early afternoon is good. Or you can do a long exposure instead. Getting a low angle over the water is challenging since the bridges are high above the surface.

You can walk from the railway station (10 min) or go by bike. Very little parking. The city center itself is accessible for exploring on foot or by bike. It is best to park your car in some Q-park stations around since parking is limited in the city or just for short terms (1-2h).
