This is the coastline of Vlieland island in the province of Friesland which is located on the east end of the island, where sand formation is more prevalent due to winds.

wide to mid-range zoom lens. I did not use a tripod.

Travel Information

To get to the island you need to Harlingen to catch the (Doeksen Rederij) ferry which takes 1.5 hrs of travel. From the arrival point, simply walk to the spot alongside the coastline on the Havenweg and then take the patch to the beach.
