Netherlands Amerongsebovenpolder
The Amerongse Bovenpolder is a floodplain near the town of Amerongen. In winter there is often water in the area. This gives you a beautiful reflection of, as in the photo, the church tower of Amerongen. The best time to photograph is early in the morning at sunrise.
Photography Tips
Preferably take your photos from a tripod. Also take pictures with a telephoto lens. This brings out details in the distance and makes the recording more intimate.
Travel Information
You can park your car in Amerongen in front of the entrance of Amerongen Castle. From the parking lot, walk to the right and follow the Lekdijk until you find a nice spot.
