Netherlands Scottish Highland Cattle

Beautiful lake area surrounded by lush trees and a path to walk along. The area holds loads of spots to photograph, but in this particular area you'll have a high change to find one of the eleven Scottish Highland Cows, or maybe even the whole group. They are very peaceful and you'll find them most probably grazing along the area. Needless to say, please do be aware, these are wild animals so you should always respect them.

Bring your tele and keep a little distance, not only to protect yourself but also to respect the animals.

Various parking places can be found around the area. My photos were shot in the winter, so bring a jacket. Do keep in mind that the area is lush and wet and the paths are filled with poop :-)
