Netherlands Groynes near Westkapelle

This part of Zeeland province is known for its groynes with a double row of poles. Mark the difference between high and low tide. This was shot during high tide.

Photography Tips

I used two stacked Lee filters: the big stopper (10 stops) and the little stopper (6 stops) to get an exposure of around 5 minutes with F8. Shot with a Canon 5D Mark II and the Canon wide angle 16-34.
Use a very sturdy tripod to prevent vibration with the strong winds.
