Norway Hamnøy, classic view, Lofoten
This is a wonderful spot where you can see typical northern houses in front of a massive mountain. Long exposure is a very common picture at this spot.
Photography Tips
Try to avoid the sun at noon and take your picture in the afternoon. Don't forget your ND filter if you want that smooth water shape during daytime.
There are several different compositions to capture at this spot, generally vertical compositions work better near the Eastern end of the bridge as the huts line up with the mountain behind, and horizontal compositions (with the huts leading to the mountain to the left) are easier from nearer the middle of the bridge
This is also a good spot to photograph the Northern Lights. As it is super windy, you will definitely need a very sturdy tripod. A lens with a focal length in the range 16 to 24 on a full frame camera will be ideal.
This is a very good spot to shoot at either sunrise or at sunset.
