The day before yesterday, I spent about an hour looking for these stairs in the place indicated by the map coordinates: street - Ulica Sarego 1-3. There is a hotel in this place, I asked the employees who even went with me to show the internal stairs. Unfortunately, no one knew about these circular stairs. Can the author provide any details about the entrance and location?
