Romania Pelișor Castle, Sinaia

Pelișor Castle is a historic landmark located in Romania, built between 1873 and 1883 for King Carol I. It served as the summer residence of the king until his passing in 1914. Following the abolition of the monarchy in 1947, the castle was confiscated by the communist regime. After the Romanian Revolution in 1989, the castle, along with its larger counterpart, Peleș Castle, was returned to former King Michael. Over the years, Pelișor Castle has gained fame as a filming location for various movies, including "Brothers Bloom," "A Princess for Christmas," and "A Christmas Prince." The castle's architectural beauty and historical significance make it a popular attraction for tourists and history enthusiasts alike

The Pelișor Castle lies directly at the Peleș Castle and shouldn't be missed as well.

A lens between 24-105mm will do a decent job.

Come as early as possible, as there won't be that much tourists. Best time could be between 8am and 9am, as the castle is nicely lit by the sun.

There's a paid parking lot, which just costs 2€ something, but if you are that early, nobody will be there to charge you.
