Romania Pavel Arm (Braţul Pavel)

Several lakes, connected to each other andwith a narrow connection to the river, are the Pavel Arm (Braţul Pavel), presumably the remains of a former Danube arm.

From Seaca, a road leads down towards the Danube and these lakes. It is a badly run-down concrete road from socialist times. Only occasionally does a vehicle drive here, so you can zigzag your way around the biggest potholes.
There are countless possible pitches here to camp. Expect police to patrol here because the Danube is the border with Bulgaria.
