You can book a tour of the Palace of Parliament online. At the entrance, you will be informed that photography is prohibited. However, you are allowed to take photos during the tour, at least without a tripod.

Photography Tips

As some rooms have little daylight, a fast lens should be used. Nevertheless, you must photograph with a high ISO number. A denoising software is therefore recommended. We had a very large group of visitors. I therefore always stayed at the end of the group so that I could take photos without disturbing people.
