A small fishing town at the west coast between Los Gigantes and Playa San Juan celebrating the Virgin of Candelaria and the "Fuegos de Alcalá" display is the highlight of the fiesta.

Photography Tips

August, 15th is the date to be there for the fireworks - it starts around midnight.
A low ISO, aperture around 8 and several seconds exposure time is a good start to get nice trails. Depending on the distance you'll need a wide angle lens and for sure a solid tripod.

Parking is available around the city but there are a lot of people, so come early!
