On the edge of the Sierras Subbéticas, lies extraordinarily picturesque Zuheros. From several places, there are magnificent views of the village and the Moorish Castillo de Allende, which towers over it.
From the outskirts of the village, a hiking trail leads to the karst gorge Cañón del Río Bailón, of which you have a breathtaking view from this Mirador de la Atalaya, too.

Photography Tips

For photography in Zuheros, shoot during golden hour to capture the warm tones on the white houses and castles. Use a wide-angle lens for village views and a zoom for details like balconies or narrow alleys. For nature shots, explore the nearby trails overlooking the canyon and olive groves.
