Sweden Nipfjäll
Sweden's highest road leads to the Nipfjället in the province of Dalarna. As a gravel road it ends in a nature reserve at 1007 m altitude.
The landscape here is bizarre, almost treeless. The flora ducks to the ground, bare rubble is covered in colourful lichens.
An amazingly large herd of reindeer graze here, in the far south of Lapland.
