At the end of the cable car to the Piz Scalottas there is a restaurant. I recommend to book a special ticket which includes a dinner and a lantern ski descent. These dinner events are only once a week during the ski season. More info on arosalenzerheide.swiss.

Photography Tips

There are nice mountains in every direction. Especially nice views to Lenzerhorn, Piz Ela group and Piz Beverin at sunset. Bring a tele lens because some mountains are further away. You can make pictures from the terrace of the restaurant or somewhere nearby in the snow.

Travel Information

Easy accessible by cable car in the main winter and summer season. Because there are snow groomers working on the piste at night I recommend to book the guided latern event called "Laternenabfahrt".
