This is a very transited spot, lots of people are going to be walking around so if you don't want ghosts in your image you will need to bump your ISO a little bit, don't expose for more than 2 secs and wait for the right moment there is not many people around.

Travel Information

If you have a hotel in the city centre, just walk to the spot, city centre's is really small and best way to move around is by feet. If coming from outside best way to get here is by using the Metrolink to Piccadilly Gardens, it will leave you at this exact spot.
