Photography Tips
Ideally, come before or around sunrise as there are too many people around sunset. Get underneath one of the towers for the perspective effect and wait for vehicles in motion. Definitely bring a tripod if you want to slow down the shutter to get this effect. I would also recommend bringing a very wide lens, I used a 15mm equivalent lens to get this shot with a 5-second shutter.
Travel Information
London has a very good public transport network and I recommend using it to explore London. If you come by car, parking spaces are marked on the map.
