To save the real platforms of the King's Cross Station in London from hundreds of visitors they added the typical scene from Harry Potter to another place of the station. It's maybe not the original one from the movie, but it's still a must-see for any Harry Potter fan who is visiting London.
Usually, there is a longer queue to take a photo with the trolley, but there is some personnel from the Harry Potter Shop nearby, giving you a scarf and throwing it up just before the photo so that it looks like you would be running into the wall.

It's very easy to get there by London Underground. Just leave at King's Cross St. Pancras station, enter the train station and stay left.
