United Kingdom Four Falls Trail, Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park
Beautiful ancient oak and birch woodland with four separate waterfalls along a narrow gorge.
Photography Tips
Tripod, polarizer, ND filters. A polarizer is probably enough early morning to slow movement. Take some wetsuit shoes if you have them so you can get into the river for the best compositions, be careful though, the rocks are very slippery! Get there early to avoid the crowds, You can leave the car and pay when you return, the car park attendants are used to photographers!
Travel Information
Parking is available for £4 for the day. It's a bit of a hike through the pine forest to get to the gorge. Some of the waterfalls require scrambling down very steep and muddy paths to get to the best spots to shoot.
