The University of Chicago is a wonderful spot for photographers (feels like something out of Harry Potter), and the Rockefeller Chapel can't be missed if you're on a photo walk in the area.

Photography Tips

Try to find a time when there aren't too many others in the church to avoid distracting pedestrians... When you walk in, if you head to the left some stairs will lead you to the balcony where you can get the first and third shots showcased above. I'm not entirely sure you're supposed to be up there, though, so tread cautiously.

Travel Information

Google should get you there. I've always taken the train, so I don't have any parking tips, unfortunately. Anything around the U of C campus will probably be a bit of a trek, so wear your walking shoes.
