USA Kathline Rock
Dark sky in the desert just off Highway 24 north of Hanksville, Utah. This spot is near numerous other highly photogenic places including Goblin Valley, Horseshoe Canyon, Little Wildhorse Canyon, Crack Canyon, Chute Canyon, Eye of Sinbad, and Little Egypt. Also, the drive down highway 95 south of Hanksville, Utah is one of the most scenic drives in the Southwest U.S.
Photography Tips
Wide angle fast lens. I used a 14mm 2.8; 30 sec.
