USA Shwabacker Landing, Grand Teton National Park
Shwabacker Landing is one of Grand Teton Park's iconic shooting locations. Morning and evenings there is often water calm enough to get a reflection of the magnificent peaks above. There are a series of beaver dams here and you can see them often, clearly moose sometimes can be found here.
Photography Tips
Get here early if you want a good spot, it is one of the three most popular sunrise spots in Grand Teton Park. I often use a split field neutral density filter at sunrise and sunset because of the huge dynamic range at that time of day.
