Cape Leeuwin lighthouse is located near the town of Augusta south of Margaret River. The lighthouse was opened in 1895 and automated in 1982.

Using the rocks as the foreground interest. I was using a 100 - 400mm lens with tripod and filters

Travel Information

There is a charge to enter the lighthouse grounds and you are unable to enter before sunrise or stay after sunset. This is probably the best vantage point. The cost to enter the grounds is Aus$20.00 per adult
