Croatia Plitvice Lakes - P3 boat dock

If you find yourself visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park, you will most likely be at this location at some point. It's the P3 dock and most of the hiking trails get passed this point.

Early in the morning, this place feels like pure magic with the early morning sun, rising behind the hills.

During high season, this place gets very crowded. So enter the park as soon as it opens and hurry to get to this location before the rest of the crowd gets here.
But in general, Plitvice Lakes is a paradise for photographers and I'm not sure this location should be a priority if you only have one day at the park. For me, one day was not enough, so I opted for the 2-day pass.

There's parking near the entrance to the park.
