Croatia Skradinski Buk, the main waterfalls of Krka National Park
Krka is one of Croatia's gems, the park is vast, and numerous walkways offer great views of the many falls. There are countless photo opportunities here. Near Sibenik the river Krka falls more than 45 meters over several levels. There is a wooden pathway on which you can walk from the top of the waterfalls down to the bottom.
Photography Tips
Using a tripod for long exposures could be a challenge as the narrow, crowded walkways are often busy. Many visitors may be annoyed if you block the path, and the wooden walkways tend to vibrate when people walk by, even from a distance. This can blur the long exposure. For stable shots, the best thing is to place the tripod on a solid surface. You will find a concrete surface at the beginning of the bridge.
For example, the image of Nicholas Freeman was taken from there, his photo was a slight crop of an image, taken with the following settings (full frame): 35mm, f22, 20-second exposure (with 10-stop ND filter), ISO 64.

Travel Information
From the Lozovac entrance car park, take the free bus to the walking route, and you’ll reach this spot halfway along the main path. To get there, take exit 22 (Sibenik) from the A1 motorway and follow the signs to the parking lot, where you can buy tickets. A bus will then take you directly to the waterfalls.
