Germany Cologne Cathedral from Severinsbridge
These is a decent spot under the Severinsbridge (ger. "Severinsbrücke"), where you are able to get a pretty even view towards Cologne Cathedral and Deutz Bridge (ger. "Deutzer Brücke"). I like this a lot, because the reflections in the water look completely different as if you would capture the same perspective from a higher position.
Be careful down there, because there are often a lot of broken glasses.

Travel Information
You can leave your car on the other side of the Rhine beyond the Severinsbridge, but you have to walk about 10 minutes over the bridge. There are also train stations nearby.
