An over 100 meters high building at the Rhine river in Cologne with an oberservation deck at the top of it. Therefore, it's one of the best places for photographers during sunset, having the nice view over the river towards west.
The entrance fee is 3€ / person and you can stay up there as long as you want. The German notation for this spot is "Köln Triangle".

You can get there by train, using the train station at Cologne Deutz, or by car. You can park just beyond the building in the parking garage. You can enter the garage on the southern side of the building.
