United Kingdom Duncansby Head Lighthouse
On the most north-easterly tip of the Scottish mainland. Like most Scottish lighthouses built by one of the Stevenson brothers (cousin of the famous writer Robert Louis Stevenson of Treasure Island) and with a clutter of buildings around it which makes it less photogenic. So I searched for a wider perspective, and found one on the top of a cliff, attacked by hordes of ferocious midges -:)
