This location is only accessible by hiking. For most people this would be moderate to strenuous hike. 9.2 miles round trip with 2900 feet of elevation gain on an uneven rocky trail.

Your sweat will be rewarded by amazing vistas of the North Cascades including one of Del Campo Peak reflecting in Foggy Lake as you can see it on this photo.

Several camp sites are available for those who wish to backpack in and try some astro photography.

Travel Information

From a town of Verlot, WA continue on Mt. Loop Hwy until you reach Barlow Pass. Trail starts at the gated forest road. Parking is available across the road.
